Casa Fresca je vrlo ugodan, intiman i zaštićen prostor od 54m2 gdje se voli biti. Okružen je parkom i maslinikom u 400m2 ograđenom prostoru. Idealan je za dvoje ljudi a kućni ljubimci su isto tako dobrodošli. Prostor je klimatiziran (dva klima uređaja, jedan u blagovaoni drugi u glavnoj spavaćoj sobi) te se klimatizacija ne naplaćuje posebno. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan Wi Fi. Gostima su također na raspolaganju 2 - 4 parking mjesta u sklopu dvorišta. Objekt je 2017. godine završen te je unutra sve potpuno novo (kupatilo, kuhinja, sobe...). Prostrana glavna spavaća soba se prostire preko cijele gornje etaže objekta. Gostima je na raspolaganju vanjski roštilj te balkon u sklopu apartmana.
