A very charming 4 bedroom cottage formally part of the Glemham Hall Estate. The Cottage is conveniently situated to explore the coast with a pub only steps away! Downstairs comprises of a sunny kitchen, dining room, living room, snug and shower room. Upstairs there are 4 beautiful bedrooms and a full bathroom. Outside there is a beautiful south facing garden which backs onto farmland. There is ample parking to the rear. Travel cot (no linen) and high chair are available. Pooches welcome.

This cosy Grade II listed 17th century cottage is next to the village church of Campsea Ashe and is ideally located for Suffolk's beautiful heritage coast, heathlands and forests, as well as Snape Maltings, Orford, Aldeburgh and Woodbridge. Adjoining Smithy House and the old forge, it has lots of character with a carefully curated interior, a wood burning stove, and use of a private part of the garden.
