Self contained, self catering, fully appointed Old Chapel Annexe suitable for single or couple occupancy. Set on the outskirts of a small village in the heart of Mid Suffolk. The Annexe comprises of a Kitchen/Living Room, Bedroom (with a very comfortable Large Double bed) and Shower Room with Toilet. The Kitchen has all the amenities listed below, plus a separate freezer, which will be handy for those who do not really want to cook but are happy to heat-up frozen meals. Free Wifi is provided.

Mustard Pot Cottage

Mustard Pot Cottage is a charming 18th century barn conversion. The property comprises luxurious accommodation with a pretty enclosed south-facing garden which overlooks a pond. There is a light airy bedroom with a king size bed and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a very well equipped kitchen with a dining and seating area. The cottage has a stylish Everhot mini stove as the main feature of the sitting room. A beautiful space with wooden floors throughout.

Old Post Office Stable

Old Post Office Stable sits in the heart of a conservation area on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. Thorpe Abbotts is home to the 100th Bomber Group Museum. They say that the squaddies mailed their love letters back home at the Old Post Office ! 40 mins to the coast, Lowestoft, Gt Yarmouth, Southwold,, with shopping in Norwich, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds. 10 mins drive from Diss train station with a direct line to London. The Norfolk Broads only 15 mins in the lovely market town of Beccles.

Within a mile walk across the field you will find a supermarket, take-aways & pubs. The large open plan annex is bright and airy with a beautiful view of the garden & the fields beyond. There is a separate bedroom, bathroom & a second seating area which can be converted to a small double bed upon request.

The Loft - cosy and private!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, complete with its own private hot tub! The Loft offers everything you might need for a short break in the peaceful Suffolk countryside. There are lovely field paths to explore, and our wonderful local pub within an easy walk, as well as the pretty little town of Eye two miles up the road with its castle and independent shops. The stunning Suffolk Coast is less than an hour away, as are the cities of Norwich, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds.

‘The Hideaway’ in the Heart of Norfolk

The Hideaway is a detached self contained annexe with its own garden and on drive parking space beside the property. It is located on the same spacious site as the owners house in the picturesque, south Norfolk village of Saxlingham Nethergate. The Hideaway consists of open plan living with a very comfortable king sized bed, dining/working area, kitchenette and separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. Outside is a private fully enclosed garden and lockable shed for bike storage.

Lake View is a beautiful cottage, converted from stables in 2010. Situated on the Suffolk/Norfolk borders, it stands within our grounds (KILN FARM) of 4.1/2 acres with the Mary Ley Line running through (ancient energy pathways). Free range chickens with fresh eggs, home made bread on request. Carp lake, games rooms (pool table with £1 slot for game) table tennis, darts and golf chipping green. (golf clubs supplied). The cottage is for 4 guests. 1 Double bedroom and twin room.

Potter's Farm: The Piggery.

The Piggery is perfect for an overnight escape or a weekend away. Situated in a private spot amidst gorgeous Suffolk farmland with easy access to miles of footpaths, bridleways, byways and quiet country lanes to walk or cycle along there is free parking right outside. It is also a great 'Home from Home' for workers providing a clean, bright, ambient space, super comfortable bed, large table/workspace, great shower and an adequate kitchen, to ease the end of a busy day.

South Green Farm is a non working 3 acre farm set in beautiful Suffolk countryside. We are just a 5min drive to the market town of Eye. The coastal towns Southwold and Aldeburgh are around 45mins drive. The accommodation includes a double bedroom, large shower room and an open plan living, kitchen, dining room. We have off road parking with private access to the barn, and garden area completed with dining table, outside lighting and comfy reclining chairs.

The Primrose Hut

The primrose Hut is a fully insulated and heated all year round Shepherds Hut located along a one track country lane on the edge of Gislingham village with lovely far reaching country side views from its own terrace and garden. Great area for walking and cycling and lots of local places of interest to visit. There are three good pubs that serve food within a ten minute drive from the Primrose Hut
