Court Farm Cottage 'Elsewhere'

Absolute and Elsewhere are two adjoining cottages created from a recently restored Grade 2 listed farm building on the edge of the tiny hamlet of Lullington. There are 24 houses, a 12th century church, no street lights and footpaths through open countryside in every direction. The village adjoins the Orchardleigh Estate - a popular wedding venue, 3 miles from the market town of Frome and 12 miles from the cultural centre of Bath. Longleat is about 15 minutes away, Stonehenge about half an hour.

'The Nook', luxury hidaway. Near Bath and Wells.

The Nook sits in the grounds of Downside House. It has been recently renovated to a high standard offering comfort, warmth and style. There is one upstairs bedroom with a king-size bed, luxury bedding and white soft towels. A downstairs bathroom offers a roll top bath with shower overhead. WiFi, Bluetooth music speaker, desk, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer It's the perfect place from which to explore the beautiful sights Bath, Wells and Somerset have to offer.

With two double and single bedrooms, plus a full size comfy sofa bed and a roll top bath perfect for relaxing.

Littlebarn has a generous living area with well stocked kitchen, lounge and bathroom, all on the ground floor. A double sofabed will easily sleep 2. This leaves the whole of the top floor as a light, airy bedroom with a kingsize bed. Huge Velux windows frame the view over the hill and field behind. Parking outside for 1 car (more if needed). High speed internet.

The Cobblers, detached retreat near Bath & Bristol

The Cobblers in Timsbury, on the edge of Bath, is a fabulous detached property. A little haven away from the hustle & bustle of daily life but also a short drive away from Bath, Bristol & many other beautiful spots. It has one bedroom with a king size bed, a luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with table & chairs. The living room is large & very comfortable with bi-fold doors opening up on to a private terrace with pretty views of the garden.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. Little gated courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy that view. Walking distance to the village shop and local pub for drinks. Great footpaths to explore the countryside, you need a car to make the most of your stay. Maximum of two guests Check in from 4pm

With stunning walks on your doorstep and many unique places within a short drive, this is a beautiful place to retreat from urban life for a few days or weeks. There is no outdoor space with the property but there is a large children’s park one-minute walk over the road. Fantastic mountain bike track five minutes walk away past the castle. The Coach House, unique country cottage, Somerset

Relax in our countryside cottage surrounded by gardens and fields. The coach house is in the grounds of Grade 2 listed old rectory but is entirely detached and private from the main house. Just a short drive to attractions like Longleat, Stonehenge and Centre Parks. Close to the beautiful city of Bath and arty towns of Bruton and Frome with their galleries, cafe-life and independent shops. Enjoy fresh eggs from our hens and warm your evenings with the wood-burning stove.
