Spacious Casita, Quiet, Peaceful Home - No Stairs!

Cozy Casita in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. California King bed sleeps two comfortably. 50 inch TV has cable, Netflix, DVD player with assortment of movies. Keurig coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Dining table inside. Outdoor seating opens to peaceful, scenic backyard. Parking available in the driveway. Park to the left of 2 car garage. Our Casita is a modest room that we have done our best to make comfortable for travelers who want an alternative to an impersonal hotel. No pets allowed.

Entire Suite: Private and Cozy Clark House Casita

Trade the sterile hotel vibe and feel right at home by staying at our quaint and unique historic casita. Catch up on your favorite shows in the living room with our 65 inch HD smart TV, or watch a movie while cozied up on our comfy queen size bed using the second tv in the bedroom. Our space has a kitchenette to prepare meals, and a full size bathroom. You may also relax in the shaded patio surrounded by mature trees and lush greenery. No smoking or vaping inside or outside of the property.

Bright, comfortable, private room with queen bed, TV, internet, A/C, bath & kitchenette (electric skillet, refrig/freezer, microwave, toaster, Cuisinart coffee maker (single cup or pot), water filter, sink). Add herbs from our courtyard to your stir-fry. Separate casita is located in a small, quiet community near freeways (101, 202). Restaurants & entertainment options nearby in Chandler or Gilbert. Drug store, grocery and fast food all within walking distance (half mile). Community pool.

The Mesa Casita

The casita was just finished being completely renovated with brand new flooring, paint, appliances, kitchen cabinets, walk-in closet, bathroom, brand new BEDAGA king-size mattress, furnishings, whisper-quiet air conditioner, LED lighting, smooth stucco, and brand new fixtures (updated in January 2021). In addition, the casita has its own washer/dryer for your use only so you can travel light. CableTV, lightning fast WiFi, Amazon FireStick with Netflix are all provided at no extra charge.

Heated pool, 8 seat hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and lots of patios to relax. The outdoor kitchen has a pizza oven, bbq, hot water sink, gas stove and oven, smoker and is a perfect place to enjoy. This place is close to restaurants, hiking, lakes and evening fun. Lots of trees: orange, grapefruit, key limes, lemons, pomegranate, figs, dates, grapes and there is a juicer for morning fresh juices. Safe, quiet, and has many hummingbirds and two giant (50 & 80 pound) tortoises.
