This apartment is situated within the main building of the Tower but benefits from its own private entrance and is completely self-contained. There are local supermarkets, plenty of takeaways & a couple of pubs within a 5 minute drive in nearby Tiptree. Also 15 min drive from Kelvedon station, with trains to London. There are some lovely walks on the door step.

With its own beachside garden and breathtaking uninterrupted views of the wildest of Essex creeks and marshes, the cottage is only to be reached on foot atop a sea wall. The perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The last in a row of westerly facing cottages, perfect to watch the evening sun go down . From the front garden or even laying in bed, watch the tide slip in and out, the fishing boats come and go and live, for a while, in a world moving at a slower pace.

Next to a working farm, it has a private garden and patio, & if it’s raining/in cooler weather, do use our conservatory to relax in. Please note: the property is No Smoking throughout, including the kitchen & conservatory.
