The Bankfoot Steading is a 200 year old converted steading offering a contemporary, luxury accommodation for two. Set in rural Perthshire, near Dunkeld, and surrounded by hills, woodland and arable farmland it is the perfect location to relax and unwind. Facilities include a luxury freestanding bath, rainfall shower, EV car charging, private outdoor space, rural location, log burning stove and Arran Aromatic products to enjoy in the bathroom. Hillside Well Cottage is a family run 4 bedroom cottage set in a beautiful, peaceful location in the Perthshire countryside, with spectacular views of the Lomond Hills bordering Fife. It is centrally situated, and a perfect base for visiting many places of interest including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Pitlochry, Gleneagles, St Andrews, Perth and Dundee. Also, locally, the East Neuk, Falkland and Kinross on the banks of lovely Loch Leven offer many attractions and are well worth a visit.

Semi-rural detached spacious house, stunning views

A fantastic ‘home from home’ with excellent access to all that the beautiful county of Perthshire has to offer. The main house sleeps up to 11 and the annexe can accommodate an additional 4. The house has plenty of space including a large garden with views of the River Tay- a beautiful walk quite literally on your door step. The large living/dining room is perfect for a family or friends get together. Excellent transport links, 1 hr to Glasgow or Edinburgh, Dundee 20 mins & Perth 5 mins.

Susan and Graham host Ardarroch and live next door. Nestled in the spectacular surroundings on the outskirts of Crieff, with panoramic views and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.

My unusual holiday home is part of the unique Bridge House built over the River Ardle in k1881. It has recently been renovated to a warm and cosy standard!
