A luxury barn near Stratford and the Cotswolds

Spinney is a real treat -our hip barn is full of character with exposed beams and brickwork. We've designed an open plan layout to maximise the space, creating the ultimate couples retreat. With a private courtyard garden to enjoy the indoor outdoor experience with bifold doors that stretch the entire width of the space. Spinney includes a fully equipped gallery kitchen and separate large wet room with a large walk in shower. We are ideally situated between the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

The Stables, next to the Cotswolds, near Evesham

The Stables is a converted annex has one allocated parking space, (There is room for 2nd car close by) Stables has a 12 foot square patio area, to the rear. The Stables has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. In addition there is a sofa bed in the lounge area which is suitable for 2 young children or one adult . We welcome up to two medium or small dogs. With larger dogs please ask. For parents with babies, we provide a high chair but there is not really sufficient space for a cot.

Pinetree Lodge, romantic getaway in the Cotswolds

Pinetree Lodge is a romantic, luxury Cotswold getaway, nestled in its own small, enclosed wood on our active working sheep & arable farm. A peaceful place where you can unwind and reset. Great outside living provides a bbq/fire pit with accessories on request to roast or do one-pot meals and a gas BBQ too. An efficient wood burner provides ample warmth on colder evenings and during the winter months. The Kitchen is basic, a little gas stove gives for a nice cuppa and a breakfast fry up indoors.

Dolly's Cottage is self-contained detached cottage in the grounds of Nineveh Farm, set in the beautiful north Cotswolds near the village of Mickleton. The cottage is beautifully appointed and well equipped. Large sitting room and kitchen, separate bedroom with king size bed and en-suite wet room. Private outside seating area with beautiful views. Off road parking. Perfectly situated for exploring the Cotswolds and only eight miles from Stratford on Avon. Great local pub just seven minutes walk.

Near the pretty village of Honington on the edge of the Cotswolds, about 2 miles from Shipston on Stour which is a gateway to the beauty of the Cotswolds and 9 miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa. The Stables have been recently renovated, underfloor heating, combines contemporary style in a character Barn Converstion on a farm in a rural location offering peace and quiet and overlooks an Italian style garden. Dogs are welcome and can run free in the gardens and fields.

Church Steps Luxury Thatched Cottage in Ebrington

Church Steps is a cosy thatched cottage in the pretty Cotswold village of Ebrington. A light and airy cottage with an abundance of character and a lovely private south facing garden for alfresco eating. The cottage has been recently renovated and is very well equipped. A few steps away is "The Ebrington Arms" voted best village pub (TheTimes). There is a well stocked farm and coffee shop in the village, Hidcote and Kiftsgate gardens are nearby, and there are numerous delightful walks locally.

Our Grade II listed property, once the town's sweet shop, was built in the early 1800's and is centrally located on the High Street alongside other picturesque Cotswold stone houses. Beautiful one bedroom apartment, sympathetically restored to a high standard with log burning stove (logs not provided but can be purchased locally), exposed beams and stone walls, with all the charm and cosiness you would expect from a Cotswold property. Wi-Fi included. 1 pet welcome at additional charge.

'Badgers Sett' is a beautifully decorated barn conversion in Mickleton with 'views to die for'. The room benefits from a beamed vaulted ceiling, oak floor, new bed and bedding and has a high quality stylish bathroom with robes and toiletries included. A small kitchen area with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle toaster etc stocked with breakfast basics and home made bread allows for total independence. A delightful, cosy one bedroom cottage actually in the very heart of the town. Beautiful walks across fields and woodland straight from the door. Or enjoy the exquisite gastronomic delights that Stow’s cafes, restaurants, coffee shops and local markets are famous for. Enjoy exploring the ancient town and learning about the history of the ‘tures’ (old sheep passages). Stow is famous for being an antique dealers heaven. Cheltenham and Oxford are only 30 minutes away.

The Cotswolds, Churchview Barn, Todenham.

A beautiful one bedroom mezzanine barn located in the heart of the Cotswolds, a short drive away from Stow-on-the-Wold, Daylesfords and SoHo Farmhouse. There are many lovely country walks directly from the barn. The nearest town, Moreton-in-Marsh is a 10 minute drive away with a train station with direct links to London. 10 minutes walk from the barn is a Todenham farm with a fabulous farm shop and Herd restaurant. Pitt Kitchen is a 15 minute walk.
