Quality king sized mattress and bed linen. 5 mile drive to Soho farmhouse or a 45 minute walk along footpath and bridleway. 10 minutes to Woodstock and 15 minute drive to Chipping Norton. Great local pubs near by like the White Horse at Duns Tew, Falkland Arms at Great Tew to name a couple. Diddly Squat farm shop 10 minutes by car. Good wifi and phone signal, smart TV.

The small self contained annex building is located in owners private garden. A downstairs shower room includes a toilet, wash basin and shower cubicle.
