This Superior Dormitory room is a 10 cabin bed-mixed dorm shared by maximum of 12 people. (8 single cabins and 2 double sized cabins) You can use one of the double-sized cabin beds in the room. This bed has side walls and ceiling, so you will have a private space inside the bed. Comfort and good sleep. It comes with curtains, a reading light, power adapters and a security locker. *We are a smoke-free hostel. All rooms are non-smoking. *Please be noted that for the comfort of other guests we would like to divide your group into smaller ones when assigning your rooms, as we would like to avoid a large group to occupy more than half of the beds in the dormitory room.

This washitsu* has a Japanese low table and zabutons* on tatami* flooring,shoji* screen. You sleep on futons* lay on the tatami and sit directly on the tatami or on zabutons set on the tatami. We are a smoke-free hostel. All rooms are no smoking. SARUYA - Twin Room #8 in Modern Traditional Hostel

Our private room features 1 or 2 futon beds on traditional tatami floors. The shared areas include bathrooms, dining space and a work/lounge/library area. The hostel Saruya Hostel opened in 2015 in Fujiyoshida, a city at the bottom of Mt Fuji. We renovated an 80 years old wooden house to create a place that allows our guests to experience time and space through carefully selected art, design and objects, mixing traditional Japanese inspiration with modern aesthetics.
