The Cottage at The Old Rectory, Oaksey is a one bedroom self catering cottage with widespread views of the Cotswold countryside. Ideally situated in the grounds of the main house it provides a great balance between privacy and the use of the gardens. It has one double bedroom with plenty of cupboard space, a lounge, kitchen with small breakfast area and a bathrrom fitted with a walkin shower. Local towns are Cirencester, Malmesbury and Tetbury with great access to the full Cotswold offering.

The annex is a charming renovated self-contained studio apartment which provides a cosy and comfortable base to enjoy the surrounding Cotswolds countryside and villages. The Annexe is set on the edge of the village in a quiet location with good access roads. There are a broad range of activities within the Cotswolds lakes such as plenty of walks nearby including the Thames path and bird watching points. 10 min drive you will find Cirencester a vibrant market town in Gloucestershire

The Old Bakery At The Grange

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.

The Roost - Tanglin Farm Sleeping Pod

Tanglin Farm is a friendly and peaceful farm in the idyllic countryside. We are home to many pets including Barney the much loved pig, 4 beautiful dogs, sheep, goats,mini shetlands, donkeys, cats, horses, chickens and ducks. You can park up right outside the pod. Both pods DO NOT have electricity or wifi. The bathroom/ kitchenette is approximately a 100m walk away from the pod and guests are welcomed to explore the grounds and meet the animals.

43 Clearwater, Lower Mill Estate + Pools + Spa

43 Clearwater on the Lower Mill Estate is a fabulous holiday home ideal for family gatherings located on a 450 acre nature reserve in The Cotswolds Water Park. Sleeps 11 with a maximum of 8 adults. An infant counts as a guest. Perfect if you love swimming, cycling, paddle boarding, canoeing or walking - or if you just want to chill and enjoy the view and a massage at the on-site spa.

Secluded Luxury Shepherds Hut in The Cotswolds

Hill Farm Shepherds Hut is located in the corner of a 15 acre field with uninterrupted views of the countryside, where you can while away the evening stargazing. A great place to relax and unwind with the use of a wood fired hot tub. Additional charge for use of hot tub £20 for your stay, includes all wood. The hut is very private with its own track and parking.

Guest House in Ashton Keynes

Located within the Cotswold Water Park area, it makes a perfect space for countryside walks and water activities. Ashton Keynes has a lovely country pub, and a little village shop. The surrounding areas have many places for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all within a short drive. Cirencester is only 10 minutes away by car, with plenty to see.
