Sleeps 6 in 3 double or twin bedrooms, one with an ensuite. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, sociable living space, a dog-safe garden, and a shared games room for all ages.Just a short stroll from the award-winning Ferry House pub and restaurant,perfect for long lunches or dinners. We can also offer catering!

Paddock view cottage in South Barn, is a 2 bedroom end terrace cottage built within an old barn creating a terrace of 3 cottages. Perfect for couples or families of up to 4 persons, this cottage is comfortably furnished and consists of a lounge with colour TV, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a bathroom with hand basin, WC, bath & shower cubicle and two bedrooms. The Double bedroom is situated on a gallery above the lounge & the Twin is situated through a door off of the gallery.

Located in Faversham, enjoy the local area at the house with its own private courtyard and access, a short walk from many great pubs and restaurants in town. Downstairs there is a sofa bed which can pull out to form a small double bed (best suited for kids). The chalet is a ten minute walk from Shellness beach, and a 15 min walk to central Leysdown where you will find restaurants, arcades, pubs and fish and chips in abundance. We have a friendly, welcoming club house which serves food and entertainment for all the family. There is a Sunday boot fair and a regular bus service just outside the site.
