The Old Dairy is a self contained Victorian building in the garden of our listed farmhouse Located at the end of a private drive in a hamlet in the Surrey hills we overlook fields and have private access to the network of public countryside footpaths We are in a quiet rural location but several great pubs are within 5 minutes drive or 30-40 minutes walk along public footpaths and bridleways We are less than 20 mins from Gatwick and from stations with 1/2 hour trains to London Late check in is ok

Peaceful Surrey Hills garden room

Beautifully decorated guest room in the large garden of a home in Peaslake. Close to the Hurtwood and in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely walking and biking from the door. An in-room breakfast of cereals and tea/coffee and milk is provided, as are towels, soap and shampoo. There aren't cooking facilities, but there is a good choice of wonderful pubs nearby - one a 15 min walk, the others a short drive - offering food. Sorry but no pets. Easy access via code lock.

Quiet cottage near station

Stable Cottage is a beautiful stable conversion in a village on the North Downs Way. It offers an ideal base for walking and cycling with many tracks and footpaths in the area. It is also easy to get to London from the property, just five minutes walk from Merstham station with direct trains to London (30-40 minutes). It is about 20 minutes from Gatwick by car or train. The property has two bedrooms and an open-plan living and dining area. Continental breakfast and toiletries are included.

Private one bedroom lodge Set in gardens of 7 acres in a gated quiet location. 10 minutes from Guildford or Cranleigh. In the cycling heaven of the Surrey hills. Use of the tennis court. . A beautifully appointed space with everything you could want.. 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed. We are on hand, you just need to ask. We do have friendly dogs. Walking distance to the village shop/pubs 7 mins across the garden and hill. Freezer in garage. Nespresso and pods.

Pretty garden room in courtyard setting

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.
