Rest and reflect in this charming home nestled between almond and olive trees. Just a short drive from Dubrovnik, this family-friendly spot invites guests to unwind in the heated pool under the stars or wake up to coffee on the terrace—a truly ideal oasis. River house is two bedroom and two bathroom hacienda with a pool, located in Mlini 10 min from Dubrovnik and near the see and beautiful beaches. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry room, terrace, pool and parking. During your stay at our house I will be able to help you. You can contact me on e-mail or text. The home is located in the small fishing village of Mlini. The ancient village offers up a pristine environment with stunning beaches, as well as a rich historical and cultural heritage. Dubrovnik and Cavtat are also easily accessible. House is 10km from Dubrovnik, and 5 min walk to the center of Mlini where are beches and restaurants and caffes. There is shopping mall 1 km away. This charming village house was completely renovated in 2018. It has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, an entrance garden with a barbecue and a wide yard with a brick rotisserie. The holiday home stands at 600 m above sea level and is peaceful and quiet, allowing you to immerse in untouched nature. All the rooms have a mountain view. The nearest beach is in Meljine, 12km away. Places of interest include the walled town of Herceg Novi (15km) and mountains (Orjen and Subra, both higher than 1500 m).

nice location near bay of Lapad where are best Dubrovnik beaches,rocky ones and sand ones.Port and bus station is few minutes away. 100 meters away is bank and post office,few restaurants and grocery store. host and owner are 24 hours available for any help needed. also veterinary for pets is 50 meters near. car parking is free in front of house and 50 meters away there is car parking place where anyone can pay for park his car.

Stone House on the SEASIDE

This carefully restored 3 bedroomed house with air conditioning and every modern convenience, is located in a small properties beside the sea in Orahovac, a quiet village in the most select part of the remarkably beautiful Kotor Bay, a World Heritage Site. At the rear, a garden has parking for one car; at the front, a small terrace and lawns extend 5 metres to the sea. The coast is uncrowded and very safe for children.
