River house is two bedroom and two bathroom hacienda with a pool, located in Mlini 10 min from Dubrovnik and near the see and beautiful beaches. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

From nearest road (Zagrebacka Ulica) house is located 160 meters (85 stairs). Public Garage is 500 meters away.

Apartment is located on a UPHILL, above the Port of Gruž and Main bus station, 3 km from Old town. THERE ARE STAIRS ON THE WAY TO THE APARTMENT. From the apartment walking by the stairs Lopudska street you can get ( 5 min ) to the local bus station, bakery, supermarket, green market, fish market, taxi stand, bars,restaurants, pharmacies. From local bus station it takes 10-15 min ride to the Old town and 25-30 min by walk.
