Twechar is situated on the Forth and Clyde canal which is used for cycling, walking and kayaking. The cosy and comfortable garden house is located in the beautiful farmhouse garden, surrounded by trees and sits next to a lovely glen. It is in a very handy central location for all visitor attractions and scenic areas near Glasgow, Stirling, Falkirk and Edinburgh, as well as nearby towns of Kirkintilloch and Cumbernauld. There's 200 years of history in our cosy little cottage. Part of the original village cross and formerly ‘Bab’s Shop’, it is now a one bedroom haven. There's wonderful walks from the doorstep and it's a great base to explore the cities and sights of central Scotland. Our quiet & lovely village pub, The Swan is open Friday- Monday. It was the first community owned pub in Scotland and has recently had a major refurbishment. Be sure to book ahead, it’s popular!

We have a converted double garage that is separate from our house. It comes with high spec kitchen facilities, fridge freezer, hob, wine chiller, microwave and washing machine. It is self sufficient with its own bathroom with electric shower as well. It has a double bed. Car parking is also available. There is a TV with Sky Q in the flat also. It has fitted wardrobes and lots of room for storage. Electric heater in living room.
