The Mermaid Cottage is a newly renovated cottage that was originally built in 1932 in the charming historic district of Morehead City, NC! Our mermazing 2bedroom, 1.5bathroom (+ a outdoor shower) shore house features a open floor plan & unique accents perfect for a family friendly stay! The Cottage is conveniently located within a bike,paddle board, kayak ride (all provided) to some of the main attractions Morehead has to offer, all while being tucked right between Beaufort & Atlantic Beach!!!

Relax in the shade of a 300 year old oak tree on the porch of this adorable 1940's coastal cottage. Retaining it's charm, but updated with all the amenities you could want, this cozy cottage is ideally located minutes from the beach, area attractions, and walking or easy biking distance to the Morehead City Waterfront shops and restaurants. The Yates Cottage

Welcome to the beauty and nature of Core Sound! The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and is designed for spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows on 3 sides. Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

Enjoy a breath of fresh air in this chic 2 bed, 2 bath third floor condo overlooking Taylor Creek, Carrot Island, the occasional dolphin pod or wild horse sighting, and all that Beaufort has to offer! Enjoy the scent of Black Sheep’s wood fired pizza wafting up to the balcony, grab a ferry to Shackleford, take a walk down Front St or simply relax on one of two outdoor decks in the sun. Quaint 3 bdrm 2 ba home situated on the intracoastal waterway. Want to go to the beach but don't want to be in the mainstream of it all? We are close enough but far enough. Enjoy tranquil moon lit nights listening to dolphins as they swim by. By day, lounge on the porch, pergola, hot tub or dock and watch the parade of boats pass by. For the fishing enthusiasts an array of fish can be caught from the dock to incl, sheep's head, flounder, puppy drum, speckled trout, blue fish, crabs and more.

The Beau Retreat

This lovely apartment is located 3 miles from historic Beaufort. Established in 1713, Beaufort is the fourth oldest town in North Carolina. Stroll streets steeped in maritime history, quaint shops and great restaurants. Take a ferry ride to Carrot Island or Shackleford banks to view the wild horses or visit the beautiful beaches of the Crystal Coast. Beau Retreat is a new construction, 6oo sq ft with its own entrance, parking, ac/heating unit, TV, fridge, microwave and toaster oven.

We look forward to hosting you at Promise Land Studio. We are located in a friendly neighborhood, two blocks away from the sound with water access. We are walking distance to Morehead City downtown waterfront with restaurants, bars, shopping, nightlife, dive shops, art galleries, charter boats, fishing and kayaking. You can walk to Shevans park or drive 5 minutes to downtown Beaufort, 5 minutes to Atlantic beach and 25 min to Cherry Point. Boat ramp access is 2 blocks away (1 min).

We live @ 2000 Arendell across 20th St. So we’re available to serve your needs!

Pet friendly and centrally located within the town of Beaufort, this rental space is one of a kind! Bike or walk to shops, restaurants and attractions downtown. We provide the bikes! Beaufort has many special tours, historic sites , events, and fun things to do! After a busy day , relax on the top deck where the view is spectacular with sightings of wild ponies and egrets.
