The Stables have been recently renovated, underfloor heating, combines contemporary style in a character Barn Converstion on a farm in a rural location offering peace and quiet and overlooks an Italian style garden. Dogs are welcome and can run free in the gardens and fields.

You will love our onsite Farm Shop and Nursery, open Tuesday to Saturday along with local walks. We welcome babies but please bring your own equipment. Sorry, we do not allow pets.

In the heart of Royal Leamington Spa, just a few minutes walk from the shops, restaurants, theatre, beautiful Jephson Gardens and only 10 mins stroll to the train station.
