Amazing views with Hot Tub/Sauna near Morzine

8 Adults plus 1 Child Marvel at the Alpine panoramas from the balcony of a wood-wrapped bedroom, or sitting by the fire in the sumptuous lounge. Warm rustic accents perfectly balance delightful pink flourishes and a red-and-steel kitchen. Chalet Aix offers high levels of comfort and Alpine style, in both winter and summer. In winter, make the most of the incredible views over the valley from the hot tub, in summer these views can be enjoyed while playing a game of Petanque on the private pitch. The space is able to accommodate up to 8 adults (plus 1 child). Chalet Aix is situated in a quiet village, five minutes' drive from Morzine, with some of the most breathtaking views of the surrounding areas. There is private parking outside of the chalet (for a maximum of three vehicles). The chalet was built in 2016, and is decorated in a modern Alpine style, to create a luxurious but comfortable feel. On the ground floor of the chalet, guests will find a spacious entrance (with plenty of room to put on your ski boots, and with secure ski storage and boot warmers). There is also a cloakroom. To the left of this entrance, you will find the first luxurious bedroom, with twin beds (which can be made into a large double) and a double sofa bed. This room is the largest, and would work well as a family suite. The en-suite bathroom features a shower. The chalet can sleep up to ten people, including two children. We accept bookings with a maximum of eight adults. The first floor is made up of a stunning open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area, offering incredible views of the mountains. This area offers everything you need to make yourselves at home during your stay (including two ovens, and coffee making facilities). The doors lead out to a balcony, terrace, and impressively situated hot-tub. On the second floor of the building, you will find the remaining three bedrooms. The first of which is a queen sized double, with its own private bathroom opposite, featuring a bathtub. The next bedroom is a twin room, with an en-suite shower room (this room can also be made up as a double). The final bedroom is a twin room (which can also be made up as a double) with luxurious double sink and bathtub. A midweek changeover upon request is available, there is an additional cost for this service. Chalet Aix offers self-catered holidays, but your hosts are village residents who are available to help you with your needs. The chalet has a lockbox to make your arrival quick and easy, but your hosts will always endeavour to greet you for your arrival or meet you during your visit. We do also offer various services to make your stay more comfortable: we can pre-order and collect lift passes for you (at no extra cost to you), help with equipment hire, and arrange transfers. The chalet is on a steep road in a quiet village, 5 minutes' drive from lively Morzine, between Essert Romand and La Côte D’Arbroz, both of which boast a beautiful church and a bar/restaurant. There’s easy access to Avoriaz, Les Gets, and Mont Chery. We strongly suggest that holiday-makers visiting the chalet have their own transport. The chalet is located at the heart of the region with easy access to Morzine, Avoriaz, Les Gets, and Mont Chery, having your own vehicle will allow you to make the most of all of these areas. The chalet is located on a steep road in a ski resort: we strongly suggest that guests travelling to us in the winter ensure that their vehicle has the appropriate tyres and equipment. Snow chains are a legal requirement. If snowing, a communal snow plough will arrive in the morning, but there may be times where you will have to clear snow. Also, please note that the chalet is located in a ski and summer resort, and so the availability of local amenities may vary depending upon the season. We strongly suggests that guests have their own transport, to allow you easy access to all that the area has to offer. The chalet can sleep up to ten people, including two children. CAPELLA - Morzine, 2 Bedroom Chalet Appartment

2 king/twin bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, kitchen/diner/lounge with large terrace. CAPELLA is our Chalet Apartment (new build in 2018) fitted to a high standard in the residences of Chalet Brunes in Morzine. The apartment consists of 2 double/twin bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, open plan kitchen/lounge and large south facing terrace with beautiful mountain views. Also access to a personal Ski Locker and individual Garage. There is also a communal Sauna in the same Chalet Building in the Winter.

Apartment "Le Fénil" in the chalet de Vigny

Apartment at garden level in a completely renovated ancient farm on the south hillside of Samoëns. Nice triplex style 1500 ft2 apartment with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 WC, private parking, shared garden with terrace and barvecue, all comfy. Shared access to the Espace Bon-être : massage parlour, sauna, outside jacuzzi from 10h to 22h. Magnificent view on the surrounding mountains and Samoëns downhill. The chalet is about 4km from the lifts which lead to Samoëns 1600, beginning of the slopes.

Sleeps 12 (8 adults + 4 kids) across 4 ensuite bedrooms; of which 2 are family rooms with bunkbeds. Chalet Alpaga One has an adjoining door with Alpaga Two (usually locked), so large groups can rent the two chalets together to sleep 23 people in 8 ensuite rooms. Chalet Alpaga One is perfect for families or groups looking for comfort, location and luxury.

Apartment Avenir is a stylish new build 1 bedroom apartment just a short walk away from Morzine's town centre and main ski lifts also close to the super market and the medical centre. Furnished to a high modern standard, with sleeping arrangements for  to 4 people, this sleek apartment offers convenience and relaxing comfort for a winter or summer holiday. There is also a communal sauna located in the building that is available to guests in winter only, between the hours of 4pm to 8pm.

Built in 2018, this modern complex comprises of 12 apartments and a standalone chalet. Each apartment has its own private ski locker. There are free parking slots and a storage room. All of our beds can be set up either as a double (King size) or twin beds. Towels and sheets are included. The complex also offers a wellness area with a gym, a sauna and a hammam (extra cost). Finally, bikers will appreciate the fully-secured indoor bike storage space.
