Landscape Lodge is a sanctuary from the speed of life. Built in a small hamlet in the French Alps, it balances outdoor activity with rest & retreat. Its interiors combine elegant, modern finishes with unique, traditional touches. Beds are luxuriously comfortable and bathrooms are individually-styled with bold tiles. The large terrace is a focal point, the perfect place to enjoy meals with your own mountain panorama. The private garden will be a favourite spot, a space to play in the sun or snow.

Modern 4-star chalet (3 rooms)

Chalet Le Laydevant is a great choice for a relaxing holiday for a family with children or a group of up to 6 people. This 4* chalet is bright and totally modern, has an open-plan layout on the ground floor and 3 cosy bedrooms upstairs. There is plenty of storage space and a secure garage (ideal for mountain bike storage). And the backyard is perfect for children sledging, learning to ski or playing outdoors. The adults will love the great views and plenty of light and sunshine, even in winter.

Our beautiful, brand-new, warmly-modern penthouse is a luxury, elevated sanctuary right in the heart of the buzzy-calm alpine town of Morzine. The expansive main living area is filled with light throughout the day and offers a twinkling night-time panoramic across town, valley & mountain. The Super-Morzine ski lift (viewable from our huge balcony & swooping you up to Avoriaz) is directly opposite - a 60sec walk. The Pleney cable car is 3mins away or via free petit-train from directly outside.

La Noix is recently build modern 58m2 apartment. On a 2nd floor in a building, sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms with ensuite showers plus 1 wc room. Living space with Smart TV is integrated together with fully equipped kitchen and balcony. There is private cave for skis and boots (dryer too). Free parking just outside the building for 1 car. 10mins walk to town, bus station is 250 meters away. Pleney lift 900 meters ( 2 bus stops), Nyon lift 900 meters ( 2 bus stops), Avoriaz ski area 5km.

Chalet/Appartement Rosemarie

Rosemarie 2 is a spacious, luxurious 4 **** 1st floor apartment very recently refurbished by local professionals. They have highlighted its traditional rustic features and blended them with modern touches throughout.This farmhouse style residence is off the main road but close enough to the centre of Morzine for easy, walkable access to the lifts (300M to the Super Morzine lift), restaurants and bars. If you are driving here there is a private driveway at the apartment for 3 cars.

Rez de jardin d'un authentique chalet d'alpage niché au coeur d'un vallon préservé à deux pas des stations des Gets et du Praz de Lys. Vous disposerez également d'un accès privatif au bain nordique (en option pour les courts séjours de moins d’une semaine).

Rustic chalet, full of character but tastefully modernised. Large cosy living room with mezzanine and central fireplace. Quiet outdoor terrace, covered parking, and room to tidy away your ski equipment. Sleeps 10 to 12 people. Five bedrooms. Opposite the chalet, a free bus service will take you to the telecabin in 5 minutes (to access Avoriaz) or into the heart of Morzine town (10 mins). Can also access Nyon les Gets.

A secluded mountain hideaway, tucked away on the outskirts of Morzine, complete with hot tub, sauna and log fire, available for up to 10 people (extra 20e per night/per person over 8 people). This year we are focusing on self catering bookings for the main chalet so that you can use and enjoy the beautiful space, view and ambience at your leisure.
