Private access to hot tub, tennis court bookable in advance.. Kingswood station 5 minute walk, Kingswood golf course is a 3 minute walk. Coulsdon South, Epsom and Sutton stations are 12 minutes away by car. Well equipped kitchen, small shower room, bedroom/sitting room. Comprises one double bed and one pull out camp bed.
