Damson Cottage takes it’s name from the Damson trees growing around it, which are laden with fruit in late summer. It’s a calm relaxing place to be with lots of natural light streaming in. This peaceful spot is amazing! Often you can only hear the birds and maybe a tractor somewhere far off in the distance…

The Annexe at Ringsfield

We would love to welcome you to come and rest in this calm, clean and well-presented home. The Annexe at Ringsfield is a detached single storey dwelling set in the one-acre grounds of our home in the popular market town of Aylsham. We are ideally located for trips to the North Norfolk Coast, the Broads or the medieval city of Norwich. Closer to home is the National Trust property Blickling Hall, the Bure Valley steam Railway and miles of footpaths through the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

Short drive to the popular seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham. Easy access to seal trips, exciting family activities (Bewilderwood, Pensthorpe etc), Norfolk Broads, Norwich and so much more.

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

The Boathouse in Sennowe Park is a truly special property and we are delighted to have the opportunity to let it on behalf of its wonderful owners! Designed by renowned Norfolk architect George Skipper The Boathouse sits in a totally unrivalled position looking over the beautiful lake and grounds at Sennowe Park, next to Pensthorpe Nature reserve (recent home of BBC’s ‘Springwatch’) and just a 20-minute drive from the North Norfolk coast at Wells-next-the-Sea.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Only a short walk from the beach, arcades, ice cream parlour and pub. There is a lovely conservatory and private garden with seating for your morning coffee or evening wine. The kitchen is fully equipped including a range cooker and Tassimo coffee machine. The Coach House is nestled behind our home, situated just a 10 minute walk across the fields to the beach. The converted property was lovingly restored only a few years ago and offers a real home from home experience. The property is well equipped and also has a wood burning stove, perfect for those chilly nights. There is a large courtyard area with seating and ideal for alfresco dining!
