The home maintains its original charm and allure and holds up to the integrity of the original style and Karst traditions. The owners live on the property in separate house and take care of the pool and the well-kept garden/courtyard and are available to help guests. The guest house can be rented only if it is rented as a whole unit.

The open view from the house is the most precious thing there. You can see all of the gulf of Trieste, from the lighthouse of Savudria, to the Venice lagoon. In the center, there is a delta of Soča river, Isola della Cona, which is a must see natural park.
