The annexe

A charming, spacious annexe situated in the heart of the Shotley peninsula, with easy access to the Rivers Orwell & Stour. Tucked away down a small lane, leading to a network of pubic footpaths, the Annexe is seperate from a grade 2 listed property, with ample parking, and a gated courtyard and patio area. The accommodation consists of a large open plan Kitchen/dining/living area and one bedroom with en-suite toilet and shower. The living area also has a small sofa bed available on request.

The Blackhouse Boatshed is a stylish new small house boasting stunning panoramic views over the boatbuilding and sailing hamlet of Pin Mill and the famous Butt and Oyster pub. There is a fantastic choice of walks, cycling, and horse rides, as well as opportunities to get onto or into the water or stay in and be cosy.

There is off road parking available as the apartment is located up a private driveway with stairway access to the property. *The apartment is set for 2 people however a blow up bed can be provided*

Freston Forge offers flexible accommodation for family and friends. The cottage configuration has 2 en-suite king size bedrooms, garden room, and all the original character features of a 17th century timber framed cottage. A great location for a variety of countryside and coastal walks, and award-winning pubs and attractions.

The Hideaway, Lark Cottage

The Hideaway is the perfect retreat from which to explore historic Pin Mill and the Shotley Peninsula, unwind with beautiful walks, bird watching and good food at the local pub or find a quiet workspace within a private garden surrounded by wildlife. The Hideaway is set across a private road from the main house and is 150m from the River Orwell. Walks in the AONB and National Trust-owned woods and heathland are on your doorstep. The Butt & Oyster pub is a few minutes walk away.

Newbourne Park Lodge - quiet and peaceful retreat

Peaceful 2-bedroom cabin in a quiet park setting, perfect for a relaxing retreat. Features a spacious living area, WiFi, and modern comforts. One king bedroom with en-suite, one double room, plus a sofa bed for up to 6 guests. Set near a beautiful village with scenic walks nearby—ideal for couples, groups and nature lovers. Not suitable for children as the park has older permanent residents. We do ask for residents to supervise their pets as we’ve had some barking issues. 😊

The studio is newly built and equipped with all you need for a comfortable visit to the countryside The newly opened pub The Wild Rabbit in Harkstead is a 5 minute walk away. Ideally located for riverside walks, cycling through quiet country lanes and a variety of water sports.

Georgia is our lovingly restored Fairline Corniche motor yacht, transformed into a cosy, waterfront retreat at Woolverstone Marina. Double and single cabins, a proper kitchen, shower, full heating, fast WiFi, self check-in, free parking everything you need for a unique stay. There's even a beautiful walk along the river to the best local pub.

Great little studio apartment, bus stop outside the property with good access to Ipswich and Felixstowe, we are located within a 2 minute drive to Trinity park Showground, a 10 minute drive to Ipswich hospital, BT Martlesham, Woodbridge and Felixstowe, 5 minute drive to Levington marina, there are many restaurants, pubs and cafes all within a short drive away, For people who enjoy walking in the countryside, we have some lovely areas around us to explore.

Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this place to stay. With beach walks 20 mins away by foot and Alton Waters less than a mile away with all their water activities to Suffolk Leisure Park down the road. You will have loads to keep you busy or wind down and relax on the patio and take in the bird song. With 3 traditional country pub that serve food and the Stutton community centre that sells local produce you will be stuck for choice!
