We are within walking distance of the largest antique district in Tennessee. Rivergate mall, grocery stores and every desired restaurant, historic landmark or shopping experience awaits you within a 5 mile radius. Named after our beloved black and white paint horse "Valentino" who lived to the ripe old age of 30 and reigned over these acres till early 2013. Newly remodeled "Valentio's retreat was once the "early days" home of the iconic Kris Kristofferson. It is loaded with all the comforts of home and some extras! The decor celebrates the spirit of Nashville with music business memorabilia that is from the owner Dana's personal collection. It is 13 miles from downtown Nashville. "Completely" renovated mobile home in the heart of Mount Juliet. This darling home sits on 14 park like acres with nothing but beauty. I have wild turkey, deer, horses & the famous farm cats! I am close to Nashville, but still in the country, so you get the best of both worlds. The Lake is two minutes down the road, restaurants on the water with food, live music. You'll have full privacy in your own space with your own entrance, bedroom, open living area/ Ikea kitchen, with everything you need including microwave, stove, and refrigerator. There's a cozy electric fireplace, heated floors, and is a short walk (or drive) to local restaurants, shops and entertainment!

Located behind an 18th century farmhouse on a rural 25-acre farm, the barn is conveniently only 10 minutes from I-65 and, with no traffic, is a little over 30 minutes from Downtown Nashville. This quaint, secluded spot is the perfect jumping-off spot for your stay in Middle Tennessee! Please note that this is strictly a pet-free property.

Poplar Hollow Barn

This home is located in the side of a rustic 1950's barn. Large kitchen-dining room, patio, and a screened porch are some of the best features. Acres of pasture to roam too! Fire pit, wood and charcoal grill. Check in 3-8pm-no late check in. No pets. Metropolitan Nashville Short Term Rental Permit # 500803. We do not rent to locals. This is a pet-free home and ESAs don't fall into AIrbnb's service animal policy or the ADA's policy in this rental.

The Guest Suite at Highpoint Farm

Welcome to the guest suite at High Point Farm. A lovely suite with bathroom attached to our 160 year old Farmhouse. Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance. LGBTQIA friendly.

But we will do our best to accommodate shorter stays. Also, we limited guests to two...mainly because the pull out sofa is not a great sleeping experience.
