We will greet you on arrival but will leave you to enjoy your stay. We run the Architectural and Interior Design showroom on the ground floor. Hop on a bus to Fen Drayton’s famous nature reserve and visit the myriad of historic and picturesque villages in the the area. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

The Old King Bill

Formerly known as the King Bill Pub, this accommodation is part of a charming 17th century cottage that lies in the pretty village of Fenstanton. The village offers a number of amenities: a pub, fish n chips shop, convenience store, Ron’s farm shop, butcher’s and a cafe. The location offers easy access to the charming market town of St Ives (2.3 miles) as well as the stunning cities of Cambridge (13 miles) and Ely (20 miles). Huntingdon train station, for access to London, is a 10 minute drive.

Our beautiful town centre is a 10 minute walk which includes plenty of independent shops, restaurants and pubs all based on the flow of the Great River Ouse. Public transport is a 5 minute walk to travel into the centre of the historic city of Cambridge or Huntingdon both with train stations with direct links to London, Peterborough & more. We offer free on site parking with a driveway that can accommodate 3+ vehicles comfortably. Our home also offers an enclosed rear patio that includes a bbq.

The village boasts a popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown Inn). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Opened in Sept 2020, the Annexe is bright and comfortable. It is in the beautiful village of Needingworth, close to St Ives and within easy reach of Cambridge. There are many scenic walks nearby. The Annexe is adult only and is a cosy apartment which includes a living room with kitchenette (microwave cooking only), a bedroom with king-sized bed and a shower room with walk-in shower. There is off road parking. Look out for all the little touches that make your stay complete!

Honey Hill Lodge

Located in the pretty village of Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire. Less than 2 miles away from the historic market town of St.Ives and just 10 miles away from the stunning city of Cambridge this ideally placed bolt hole is in the perfect location for exploring the area. Honey Hill Lodge is fully equipped and sits in a quite corner of the village and nestled in our family garden with lovely views across the lawn and the surrounding fields.

This cosy self-contained private barn is found in a pretty historic village, nestling in a hollow away from busy roads and bustling towns. A country retreat in a conservation area with a friendly English pub/ restaurant just a short walk away.
