A short walk through the bunny reserve and you are at the beautiful coast with a choice of sandy or pebble beach. The house is nicely decorated and well equipped inc lovely outside space. Local amenities only a 5 min walk offering shops, bakery, fishmongers, and a range of fantastic eateries. The house is well positioned for walks or cycling in the New Forest. Mudeford Quay, Hengistbury Head, Christchurch and the Isle of Wight are all within easy reach. A light, airy home in a beautiful setting.

It has a kitchen, sitting and dining area, a bedroom with king size bed and shower room with heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Less than a five minute walk from the centre of popular Milford on Sea, with all it's restaurants, bars, cafes, pubs and shops, all set around a delightful village green and less than a 10 minute walk to the sea.

Beechnut Studio (renovated in Dec 2021) is a spacious annexe to the main cottage reached by private lane within Highcliffe conservation area. A 10min stroll to quiet beach & village. Level access throughout once you’ve entered the front door. TV & Wi-Fi. Ideal base for walking/cycling & exploring the south coast.

The Barn is a delightful studio barn conversion, situated next to our family home in the beautiful village of Burley, New Forest. The Barn features an open plan living, kitchen and sleeping area with a log burning stove, with its own private entrance and small outside area with space for a BBQ. It is a truly fantastic base for you to enjoy what the national park has to offer; including walking, bike riding, horse riding, or exploring the beaches of the south coast.
