There is a fire pit just past your patio and a short path will put you on the Appalachian Trail. As an herbalist and ethnobotanist, plants are my love and my livelihood. They are an integral part of my life and my home. I welcome you to stroll through the many gardens and paths.

Newly built apartment steps from Mohonk preserve.

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

The 1772 Lefevre Stonehouse Suite

Sit at a quaint breakfast table in this sun-filled room admiring the beautiful patio, grainy wood-plank floors, and a country decor touches. Walk outside to enjoy the free ranging chickens as you gaze at the rustic grounds of this enchanting stone-built home dating from 1772. The suite has its our private entrance, bathroom and fireplace all stocked with plenty of firewood for your stay. Fireplace can be used November-March only unless temperatures are under 40 degrees.

1856 high gothic revival brick country villa designed by architect Frederick C. Withers (Jefferson Market Library) in the hamlet of Balmville. Within the house is a cozy one bedroom second floor suite through a private side entrance and up a flight of stairs. Freshly updated with a mix of antique and contemporary furnishings against a backdrop of safe but stylish Farrow & Ball paint colors.
