The Old Bakehouse Quintessential Cotswold Cottage.

This 350 year old cottage, built in famous honey Cotswold stone, retains a wealth of original character including oak beams, flagstone floors and the original cast-iron oven doors from its days as a bakery. Enjoy cosy evenings by the wood burning stove or summer days with french doors open to the terrace. Ideally located for exploring the many Cotswold villages, historic estates, Blenheim Palace, Oxford, Bicester Village, Soho Farmhouse, Estelle Manor, Daylesford, Diddly Squat Farmshop and more.

The Walkers rest

Close to an area of outstanding natural beauty that is West Oxfordshire. A pretty and easy space to relax or use as a base to explore on foot, cycle or beyond, by rail. On the edge of the Cotswolds in one direction and not too far for shopping in the other, you could consider your options while walking across the countryside for a meal in one of the nearby villages. We don’t have a shop or pub here, but a twenty minute walk or five minute drive will get your essentials we haven’t thought of.

Nestled in rolling Cotswold countryside with uninterrupted views just a stone's throw from the ancient village of Shipton under Wychwood. A cosy living room with original exposed truss beams, a warming log burning stove and a scattering of antiques blend seamlessly with modern fully equipped kitchen. There are two charming bedrooms, both with well appointed ensuite bathrooms. The cottage has its own private garden.

Cosy 2 Bed cottage New Yatt Farm

This cosy cottage was converted from an old dairy at New Yatt Farm. Situated a short distance down an unmade track. It is the perfect place from which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford. The cottage has underfloor heating , a log burner, and 2 cosy sofas. Bedrooms have Hypnos mattresses, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen and White Company toiletries. Please note Bed 2 is quite small

Rustic Dog-Friendly Cottage near Blenheim Palace

Stable Cottage is a dog-friendly Cotswold stone retreat in the peaceful village of Poffley End. With exposed beams, comfy beds, a cosy log burner and private walled garden, it’s perfect for unwinding or exploring the Cotswolds. Close to Estelle Manor, The Farmer’s Dog, Diddly Squat Farm and Blenheim Palace – all within 12 miles. Explore Cotswold towns including Burford, Bibury, Bourton-on-the-Water, Broadway, Oxford and Stow-on-the-Wold within 30 miles, with Soho House nearby.

Church View Cottage, Ducklington, Witney

Escape to the countryside, a quaint and tasteful cottage, located in the quiet central village of Ducklington. Just 1.5 miles from Witney market town centre, aperfect getaway for guests in search of country walks and stunning scenery, a social scene and essential amenities. Easy access to Oxford, Burford ( Farmer’s Dog JeremyClarkson’s pub 4 miles) and Woodstock 7 mile ( Blenheim Palace), Bicester ( shopping outlet) Hanborough Train Station and surrounding cotswold villages

Guest Suite at the oval

A lovely, well-appointed guest suite in the garden of our main home at the Oval. Perfect for short stays, this annex provides privacy while remaining part of our property. Self-contained for convenience with en-suite shower room, open living/kitchen area, and log burner for cosy winter months. Guests have private parking allocated opposite the house. Please note: This annex is part of our main residence and is available for short-term lets on an ad hoc basis

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Cosy, character cottage in the Cotswolds

The Old Corner Cottage is the perfect cosy hideaway to return to after a day of sightseeing and exploring the wonderful Cotswolds. Being period it has all the lovely features you would expect from a cottage of this age including a lovely inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove and exposed ceiling beams in the sitting room and dining room. When you are in the cottage you could be anywhere as it is so peaceful.

Dovecote Cotswold Cottages - The Veranda Suite

The Dovecote Cotswold Cottages are in the picturesque village of Churchill, which is in relatively close proximity to many tourist destinations such as Blenheim Palace, Clarkson's Farm, Stow on the Wold and Broadway Tower alongside a selection of well established amenities including the famous The Chequers Churchill and Daylesford organics. Our maximum occupancy is 2 adults and a young child.

The Mirror Houses - Cubley

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.
