Very private, very pretty and very tranquil waterfront cottage only a stones throw from great coffee, cafes and restaurants. Enjoy your own special piece of paradise right in Raglan with waterfront living and spectacular views that change as often as the tide. Warm yourselves in front of the fireplace and snuggle up in the big comfy beds. Only a short stroll to shops, or simply stay home with a nice wine soaking up the beautiful evening sunset. Sunny private retreat with stunning coastal views . Look out to the waves from your bed with a deserted beach at the end of the driveway. Explore the local area beaches, surfing , river, seal colony and the Cape Foulwind walkway all within 2km . Good cell phone reception and wireless internet. The Cottage is very private, brand new and 50m from the main house. Full kitchen facilities with dishwasher and deck with BBQ and outside fire brazier. Smart TV with Netflix for lazy days.

Located in a quiet and peaceful part of sunny Kelvin Heights it's beside the lake and the Queenstown Trail.
