Family style Studio Apartments located on the waterfront at the best beach in Paihia.BBQ facility, Smart tvs at the room with free-view, Netflix and Youtube access. Our accommodations are within easy walking distance of the village square, shops and restaurants. All units are equipped with kitchen facilities. Each unit sleeps three persons with one queen and one single bed. An extra bed can be added for a small charge. The family apartment accommodates up to four persons and has a Queen and two singles. Bay Sands Seafront Studios, the Motel that feels like Home.

Its gotta be about location, right ! You wont miss us, you will either love or hate the bright turquoise blue exterior. Everything you want to explore is right outside the door of our motel. The ferry, local cafes and restaurants, all an easy 5 min stroll. Beach is 1 minute walk. This 3 STAR motel rooms have no kitchens, however there's a kettle, mic and fridge for your use and of course a BBQ in the garden area. We allow a small dog under 15kgs, must be kept on a leash at all times $15 pn
