We are situated in the peaceful seaside village of Holywell, best known for its picturesque gull rock backdrop & golden sand dunes. Our brand new 2-bed bungalow is an ideal retreat for anyone looking to enjoy the beautiful Cornish Coast. We offer 2 good-sized bedrooms, a main bathroom and open plan kitchen & living/dining area which steps out into a spacious garden with seating area & hot tub. Utilise the log burner in those colder months and cosy up with a nice glass of your favourite tipple

Paddocks view is a spacious two bedroom bungalow in the hamlet of Treworgans, Cubert, 10 minutes from the busy resort of Newquay. Paddocks View comfortably sleeps 5 people making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Paddocks View comprises of an open plan lounge with smart TV and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, main bedroom with double bed and large ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds and a main bathroom. All bed linen and bath towels are provided.

You can easily walk on the level to all the local shops, restaurants, cafes and harbour without having to struggle up steep inclines. The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

This stylish detached home is located on the Pentire peninsula, with the renowned Fistral Beach 250m in front and the Gannel Estuary 350 m on the other side.
