Pop's Place (The Annexe) is next to Carnawn and sleeps 3. It is located in the beautiful secluded cove of Port Gaverne a short 10 minute walk up the steep hill to the picturesque harbour of Port Isaac - home of fictitious Doc Martin and Fisherman's Friends. Pop's Place is a self catering annexe with private patio and parking. A few yards away is Port Gaverne beach ideal for swimming, body boarding, sailing, beach-combing. Bass Cottage is a beautiful,comfortable,contemporary seaside home, 50 yards from the sea, on the SW coastal path. It sleeps 6 ( 2 doubles ( one with super king bed, the other with king size bed) and a twin. Widemouth bay is 3 miles from Bude and is a renowned surfers beach,with sand and pebbles. Safe for children. Good restaurants nearby. Beautiful coastal walks. The house is a 'home from home' with everything you could want. It has 2 allocated parking spaces. Modern, high spec fitted kitchen.

Little Islet - a fabulous cottage on the sea

This beautiful and unique beachside cottage could not be any closer to the sea, you can sit with your morning coffee and have a chat with the swimmers out of the window! Little Islet has panoramic sea views across Plymouth Sound, and is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday by the beach. This house was previously used as the green room for the movie 'Mr Turner', whilst also serving as a residence for lead actor Timothy Spall! We recommend 4 adults & 2 children, or maximum 6 adults.

Linden Lea boasts a spacious kitchen with large dining table and a comfortable lounge, a perfect place for a get together with family and friends. The sliding doors off the kitchen lead on to a decked balcony with comfortable seating and a fire pit. The large, lawned garden with stream is perfect for children and dogs to play and explore.

Willow is a lovely, recently converted self contained suite. It overlooks the park and garden, and has been thoughtfully finished with your comfort and relaxation in mind. Everything is new and nothing has been forgotten. It is conveniently located to explore all that beautiful South Devon has to offer, both the beaches and Dartmoor. It is within a stones throw of the train and bus stations and walking distance to the local market town.

Walk the coast, soak in the tub, relax by the fire

The comfortable, Milking Parlour cottage, with its south-facing terrace, barbecue, and cross-country views to the Atlantic, is one of Cheristow farm cottages, near Hartland Abbey and a wonderful stretch of the South West Coast Path. Very child-friendly, it has direct access to the play/picnic area. Guests can also use the spa room with its hot tub & sauna Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome @ £25 per dog, per stay of up to 7 nights.

Ocean View

Ocean view boasts one of the best views on the North Devon coast and is the perfect base from which to explore Exmoor. Offering great views but also tv and fast WiFi for those days/nights inside. Parking is available for multiple cars in the gated yard, and the covered parking area has an allocated space. Lockable storage for bikes, surfboards etc. is available. The adjacent properties can be let together to accommodate larger groups.

A spacious and luxurious barn conversion set in 260 acres of organic farmland where you can walk the numerous footpaths, sample the local gastro-pub or admire the views from our medieval castle site, all just 30 mins from the stunning Jurassic Coast. Guests can book hour long complimentary daily sessions in the Hillside Hot Tub and Woodland Sauna on arrival and truly immerse themselves in the tranquil surroundings.
