Elite Suites is My Luxury concept in Country stays. 2 Oaks is the first of my Elite Suites. I have created a surreal safe space for Two adults to enjoy. set in the small village of Offenham, with state of the art 5 seater hot tub.. luxury Egyptian cotton Bedding, soft furnishings, Kitchen fully equipped and shower Room Ensuite. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A newly renovated one bedroom 1st floor apartment set in the beautiful surroundings of the Cotswolds for 2. The accommodation comprises of a spacious king sized bedroom with a roll top bath with lots of wardrobe space. An open plan kitchen and sitting room with great views. Downstairs there is a shower room with toilet and sink. Outside a shared garden where you can enjoy the outside with a cuppa or a cocktail later on! One small dog welcome

The Stables, next to the Cotswolds, near Evesham

The Stables is a converted annex has one allocated parking space, (There is room for 2nd car close by) Stables has a 12 foot square patio area, to the rear. The Stables has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. In addition there is a sofa bed in the lounge area which is suitable for 2 young children or one adult . We welcome up to two medium or small dogs. With larger dogs please ask. For parents with babies, we provide a high chair but there is not really sufficient space for a cot.

Spread over two floors the open ground floor contains a small fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating area with large wood burner. There is a private outdoor area for your enjoyment. Upstairs has a super king size bed and ensuite bathroom. All bedlinen is 100% cotton with down duvet, pillows soft towels and lots of wardrobe space.

The Duck Shed Annex

🦆 Immaculately kept and thoughtfully designed annex blends homely comfort with a touch of luxury. On the edge of the Cotswolds and close to Stratford-upon-Avon, it offers lovely countryside views and a retreat for two. Inside, enjoy the open-plan kitchen with a Nespresso machine, a spotless and comfortable bed, a cosy lounge, and a pristine bathroom. Outside, unwind in the private, sheltered garden with outdoor bath, fire pit, and seating. Brand new exterior (est 2026). EV charging available.

A luxury 2 bed barn on our farm in Warwickshire

A two bedroom barn with views overlooking the field that the barn is named after. The barn includes a large open plan kitchen living room, with under floor heating throughout. There are two large bedrooms with super king beds that can be turned into singles upon request. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and the other is positioned next to the main bathroom which includes a rain shower and free standing bath. We are situated within a stone throw of the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

With the cottage comes your own exclusive fully fenced 2 acre dog field as well as access to walks in every direction. Just 20 minutes to Stratford Upon Avon, Broadway and Chipping Campden. 30 minutes to Cheltenham Races and 50 minutes to Birmingham Airport. Beautifully decorated from top to bottom in 2023. Breakfast, dinner and dog sitting can be arranged for a separate fee

Deluxe Coach House at Bretforton Manor with pool

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

Gras Lodge

Large wooden grey gates swing open to reveal a wide gravel driveway in the foreground is Gras Lodge which offers views over to the hills of the Cotswolds. The Lodge has 2 bedrooms, the 2nd bedroom is a twin room but can be made up to a superking upon request (This must be requested when booking). The kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. Guests are free to walk around the land (map supplied) through wildflowers, grass and enjoy any wildlife that you may see.
