This delightful apartment, located to the rear of a classic Federation home has 1 bedroom with en-suite, a fully equipped kitchen, an intimate work & lounge area and a secluded private entrance and elevated sunny balcony accessible via a 7-step stairway. A substantial breakfast basket is provided sufficient for a couple of days and it's just 15-20 minutes to the CBD with a public bus stop directly in front of the house.

The house to which the apartment is attached is on a quiet heritage street. Access to the apartment is via the rear garden of the house. 5 mins walk to North Sydney station, 4 mins to Victoria Cross metro, 4 mins to vibrant restaurants, bars, cafes. So sorry, not suitable for babies or children. A safe and luxurious place to stay.

Stone 1Bed Cottage + Living (bed + sofa bed)

Minutes from city, but in a total bushland peaceful setting, as well as 5 minutes walk to cafes, bars and restaurants of Cammeray Village. Our Quarrymans Cottage is tucked away in the bush, down a driveway behind other properties (then 10 steps) to the cottage - which is level. The cottage is part of our home. It is 100% renovated, but some work continues on our home. it wont impact you, but so you know. (although the driveway you'll see our materials storage.You walk straight passed that.)

Perfect for up to two guests, with separate street access and only a short walk to all amenities including transport to Sydney CBD, Mater or Royal North Shore Hospital and North Sydney Oval. Walking times (approx): 30 seconds to cafes, 3 minutes to pubs 10 minutes to either North Sydney Victoria Cross Metro station or Crows Nest Metro station.
