Outside is a front deck, back patio, chairs in the fenced area, outdoor rinse area, 2 bikes, SUP boards, beach chairs, and space to let your dog play (hypoallergenic, non-shedding, house-broken dogs only. Its name stems from the iconic hotel that sat on the corner of Lumina Ave and Stone street in the early 1900’s. All three units come equipped with full kitchens, full baths, Juliet balconies, washers and dryers, as well as elevated linens and bath products. The Atlantic' is a 1 bedroom and 1 bath unit with views of both the ocean and Banks Channel.
