Ett soverom med dobbeltseng, samt sovesofa i stue med plass til to. Sameiet har en felles takterrasse med spisebord og stoler som kan benyttes sommerstid. Mulighet for å betale for parkering i nærheten. Søndagsåpen nærbutikk like rundt hjørnet.
