Two-Bedroom Cottage. Location with nice garden. Nature in the immediate vicinity. 13 kilometers from Senja and Finnsnes city. Two hours drive by car from Tromsø. NOTE: The bedrooms are very small. Just a little bigger than the beds. There is a water pump in the bathroom that makes some noise when you drain water. It is otherwise quiet. Bedroom 1 has 150cm bed and bedroom 2 has a 120cm bed. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. If you are looking for a place where you can explore the nature around Tromsø this is perfect for you. You can go directly from the house to the mountain or into the valley of Tromsdalen, this will give you easy access to see the northern lights. It is a few minuts to the bus who takes you to the senter of Tromsø (10-15 min. by bus) and you can also walk (30-40 min)

Hut close to the lake

Enjoying the silence and the calm? Get the feeling of living close to the wild. The hut is adjacent to a smal campingsite close to the lake and forest. The area is perfect for outdoor activities like hiking, fishing and boat trips. The hut is small, cosy and minimalistic. Just outside the door there is benches, tabels and a barbeque/campfire spot. Boat and canoe rental. Also possible to stay in tents if you are more than 2 people. Welcome!

Rakkebu, 25 km from Tromsø city

Only 23 km from the airport in Tromsø. Built in 2007. Perfect conditions for watching aurora borealis because you are well away from the lights of the city. Many aurora guids bring guests to this area. If you are very lucky you can also watch killer whales (orcas) from the beach just below the cottage. Reindeers and other animals also live in this area.
