Fully updated and modern 2-bedroom home featuring king-sized beds and large TVs throughout! Home includes a full washer/dryer unit, a giant custom concrete island for meals and gathering! Open living area showcases lots of shelving with games, books & puzzles surrounding a large smart TV! There is a dedicated workstation, as well as a “mud room” greeting area to drop all of your things and get cozy. End the day enjoying the Sandia Mountains on the lovely porch swing or in the private backyard!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our cozy house is located in a very centralized area of Albuquerque which has a variety of possibilities, like coffee shops, pubs, malls, restaurants, hospitals, wellness centers, and beautiful parks. Sandia Splendor is a country style home with all of the modern amenities. This adorable home sits on an acre of land and features breathtaking views of the Sandia Mountains to the east & volcanoes in the distance to the west. The twinkling city lights at night enhance the magic! Walking paths & parks are out the front door. Stores, eateries and nightlife are nearby too! Like to hike? The base of the Sandia's is five a minute drive and the Tramway cable car will take you to top with ease.

The Cozy Corrales Casita

This Corrales casita is minutes to town but set back in the quiet, small farm community of Corrales. We are located on the popular corrales acequia (waterway) which you can walk/bike to the farmers market, bistros, wineries, breweries, shops and the Rio Grande Bosque and river. Our 500 sqft casita has all the amenities you need with the coziness of your own modern farmhouse. We live in the home next door and are happy to help with anything you need. No Oven/Stove due to Corrales Rules.
