Damson Cottage takes it’s name from the Damson trees growing around it, which are laden with fruit in late summer. It’s a calm relaxing place to be with lots of natural light streaming in. You'll love this unique and romantic escape. A newly renovated detached barn, offering a super king bed, stylish kitchen, living space and ensuite with all the facilities you'll need for a relaxing break. Hin Barn comes with a hot tub in it's own private fully enclosed suntrap of a garden! Located in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This property also has private parking and is a 5 min drive or 30 min walk from Cromer seafront and a 15 min walk from the nearest train station.

Little Norfolk Cabin

Welcome to a luxury retreat with everything you would expect for a cosy getaway. The hut is dog friendly with secure walled & fence garden. The hut has plenty of walks so why not go down to the river or pop to the gastro pub for food or the beach which is less than 11 miles away. Norfolk boards is only a mile way. As darkness falls, it’s time to toast marshmallows on the fire pit with fairy light all around before snuggling up in the king size bed or in the woodfired hot.

Our four luxurious shepherds huts with hot tubs are located on the edge of our field. You can enjoy the views and see the beauty this special place boasts from sitting in your own hot tub. Take in the tranquility and ever changing countryside scenery our village has to offer. Outside each hut you have a decked patio area with seating and a covered decked area with additional seating and bbq. Our family have worked Berry Hall Farm for over 100 years!

Old Dairy Barn is a perfect hideaway, ideal for a short break or longer holiday to perhaps celebrate a birthday or anniversary, or to stay longer and explore the surrounding area. On the doorstep of the Norfolk Broads and the North Norfolk Coast. Not far from the City of Norwich and walking distance to the beautiful village of Worstead with it's pub. The cottage also benefits from a Wellis hot tub, which is shared with our other 1 bedroom cottage.

Poolside Lodges Norwich: Palm View Private Hot Tub

Poolside Lodges is an independent, family‑run site with three hot tub lodges and a seasonal pool (May–Sept). Palm View sleeps 2 with open‑plan living, a double bedroom, shower room and a secluded patio with an all‑year private hot tub. Clean, comfortable and great value with no hidden fees, plus the personal touches and local guidance only a family‑run stay can offer. Shared pool is available on bookings from May - end September.
