Vine Cottage

Vine cottage is a spacious but cosy two bedroom self contained annex that sleeps 4 people . Based in the lovely village of Yaxley, it is quiet and rural but close to travel links and local attractions. The Village is within easy access to the A1 and is also very close to the East of England Showground, we are very close to a large shopping centre and a great choice of take aways and restaurants. Vine cottage is a stone throw from a lovely village pub, pizza and Indian restaurant and cocktail bar

Dassett Cabin - retreat, relax, romance, rewild

Disconnect from the busy … retreat beneath the canopy of an ancient woodland and soak up the views and surrounding nature. It’s not perfect. Nothing is. But luxury detailing alongside your own hot tub, hammock, sauna, indoor and outdoor showers and sun terrace is a clear nod in the right direction - all within a short walk of the friendly local pub! Short drive from the local shops and Burton Dassett Country Park Easily accessible from the M40. Close to the Cotswolds, Warwick and Stratford.

The Garden House at Hungerton

This stunning property with double height ceiling, dramatic internal columns and beautiful interior design, sits at the end of a tree lined drive against stunning parkland - perfect for those seeking the peace and quiet of the countryside. Decorated to a high standard, this property offers wonderful open-plan space, a well equipped kitchen, large shower room and a bedroom area with working fireplace and French doors opening on to your own private garden. Shepherd Hut on working Smallholding.

The Shepherd Hut sits at the back of our smallholding and is surrounded by tree lined grazing land. A footpath nearby takes you one way to the village of Ashton Keynes a walkable distance to the local pub and in the other direction through the trees to some of the many lakes in the Cotswold Lakes. The Hut sleeps two and has an inside composting, toilet. There is a cooking and seating area with an outside shower. Solar panels power lighting, fridge and a phone charging point.( 12volt only)

Cotswold Shepherd's Hut

A beautiful shepherd’s hut set in the idyllic agricultural farm lands of the Cotswolds. The perfect location for a romantic break or much needed time away. The hut has everything you need for a cosy night; a luxurious king size bed, farmhouse style kitchen, log burning stove and star- gazing skylight. Exquisite sun set views and the use of a fire-pit make for memorable evenings. Just minutes walk from the centre of Bibury; local eateries, Arlington Row, and many footpaths to savour.

Wrens Acre Countryside self-contained Garden Cabin

A peaceful, warm (twin skinned and insulated) and bright self-contained cabin set in a secluded mature garden and surrounded by beautiful countryside views. The Cabin has a shabby chic antique vibe. Whilst It is in a rural location, the cabin provides close access to London by both train (29-minutes to London St Pancras) and car (A1(M)) along with a short drive to the local market towns of Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City and the large town of Stevenage. The Lodge, a newly converted, stylish & cosy barn.

Cosy converted barn in a beautiful village in the Cotswolds. Peaceful and private, The Lodge has just been renovated to create the perfect place to escape and unwind. New high spec bathrooms and bespoke kitchen with brand new appliances and underfloor heating on the whole of the ground floor. Two lovely bedrooms in the eaves, one with ensuite shower room, king size beds, ELLE Decoration pillow top mattresses, Egyptian cotton bedding, fluffy towels and black out blinds.

Off-Grid Cosy Shepherds Hut | Fire Pit + Farm Stay

Nestled within a bustling working farm, this shepherd’s hut offers a front-row seat to nature. Watch horses and sheep graze nearby and catch the GWR steam train crossing the viaduct from your bed. Outside, enjoy views of the Stanway fountain while breathing in fresh air. Fantastic walking trails connect to the Cotswold Way. There’s no WiFi here, so you can truly soak up nature. Launde Lodge

Our rustic-luxe eco shepherd’s hut is surrounded by nature and serenaded by birdsong, where in-the-know modish types come to unwind. It may be a hut but step through the French doors and the sheer style will blow you away: a rolltop copper bath…it’s all very special. The ultimate thing to do here is throw open the double doors, pop a bottle of fizz and climb into the bath tub or fire up the hot tub for an alfresco soak and star gaze around the fire fit.

Located in the heart of rural Leicestershire, our luxury glamping pods are the perfect location for a country getaway. With a permenant double bed and the option of a second pull out double bed we cater for either a couple or group of four. Self catering facilities, a fully fitted shower room, a TV and WiFi combined with an extensive network of foot paths, bridle ways and national cycle routes makes our pods the perfect hub for your country escape.

Fishermans Hut. Off Grid. Paddleboard and canoe.

Our wonderfull characterful Hut is a great place to bring your Paddleboard or canoe on the River Avon. We are commited to an off grid, sustainable experience. Wild swimming ramp. Barbeque, camp fires and open air is what we are about. It is rough and it is ready. There is a Hut, a large Bell tent and a land-locked cabin cruiser all of which you may use. Cooking is on the campfire and two burner stove. Do something different this weekend!
