Peaceful cottage by the Norfolk Coast Path & beach

Tucked away down a quiet lane beside the coast path, Swallow Cottage is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy this peaceful corner of North Norfolk. Quiet beaches, coastal walks and countryside are on your doorstep. Whether you're exploring the coast, watching wildlife, bringing your dog for long walks, or simply escaping everyday life for a few days, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing stay. I personally manage the cottage and I am always happy to share local recommendations.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

The Good Shepherd Hut near beach and country walks

The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn with a fire pit. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.

Church House Cottage | nr Cromer | Close to Sea

A countryside haven where mornings begin with a walk around the stunning garden and end with birdsong and then beneath a canopy of stars. Church House Cottage is a 17th-century cottage where every beam whispers history. Inside this luxurious cottage, antique charm meets modern comfort, sunlight pours in, then the wood burner crackles. Outside, a peaceful garden and woodland paths are yours to enjoy, where time slows, inviting you to simply be. A 10-minute walk takes you to the cliff tops!

Idyllic sea-side retreat!

This is a perfect getaway for a relaxing break. Located in a traditional seaside town, this top floor flat boasts a sea-view, and is situated on one of the oldest streets in Cromer. It is a short walk to the pier and all local amenities. The flat sleeps 2 people comfortably. We are dog friendly and welcome one large or two smaller dogs. Other things to note The flat is on the top floor, (one flight of steep stairs) so guests need to be able to climb steep stairs to access the flat.

With plenty of circular walks and excellent local pubs, this is a true North Norfolk holiday gem.

The Loft

The Loft is an independent self contained apartment overlooking the gardens at Well Cottage on the village green. Perfect location to visit multi award winning Gunton Arms and the Suffield Arms ( 1 mile away ). Also within easy distance of the Norfolk Coast, Norfolk Broads, and City of Norwich. National Trust properties are a short drive away, as well as the wealth of beautiful Norfolk beaches and Cromer Pier (with its pier shows and famous Cromer crabs).

Light, airy and spacious, our studio apartment is set within a wonderful, semi-wooded garden and located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With level access, it is suitable for wheelchair users, although the drive is gravel. With the cliff top, woods and access to the beach at the end of the road, and the town centre just a 10-minute walk away, it is ideally located for all Cromer has to offer.
