Possible construction 2 houses south with grading 8am to 4. This is the least affected unit but might hear some equipment noise. Does not affect view or beach.

Extra Large studio apartment in a hillside home. NO TELEVISION SET Full private kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining area and pool (unheated.). Located in the picturesque town of Santa Paula, 15 miles to Ojai and 17 miles to Ventura. I live in on the top floor of the home though there is ample privacy between the units and separate, private entrances. Full use of the pool. I do my best to let guests have the pool to themselves. NOTE: BED IS ON THE SOFT SIDE

We are pet friendly and will ask for a $125 pet fee on top of your accommodations. Please let me know if you will be bringing a pet. An 8% TOT Tax is included in the accommodation rate.
