Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. Our cosy waggon overlooks its own private valley, complete with 19th Century coachbridge and secluded wild swimming spot. Set in 25 acres of woodland and pasture, our waggon offers an opportunity to switch off, curl up with a book and get back to nature. Iris’s Annexe, self contained nr Longleat and Bath

This private self contained annexe was built around 6 years ago but has been completely redecorated and newly furnished. We are a 15 minute drive to Longleat and the Safari Park. We are located in Westbury which has excellent train links to Bath, Salisbury, Bristol and London so you can explore the wonderful area. Bath is a 30 minute car journey as is Stonehenge. Salisbury is a 45 minute drive. The annexe has its own private entrance so you can come and go as you please.
