Relax in this luxury barn conversion with views across open fields towards Burghley House, just minutes from Stamford. This two-bedroom cottage is ideal for two couples or a family of four. The open-plan kitchen and living space has a log burner, comfortable seating and dining space. Full-width bifold doors open onto the garden. Guests can also enjoy The Dutch Barn Wellbeing on site, offering yoga, fitness classes and treatments. Flexible bed configurations, two bathrooms and a cot available.

Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/fruit) & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

Other features include a dishwasher, cot, washing machine / tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, and air conditioning and wifi throughout. All towels & bed linen provided.

Pea Cottage is 5 miles from Stamford, one of the prettiest market towns in the country.

Unfortunately we are unsuitable for small children and wheelchairs due to the stairs.
