Mareta loft is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, air conditioner , full equipment kitchen, coffee machine microwave and fridge.

The interior of the 120 square meter apartment consists of three rooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, a dining area, and two bathrooms. The apartment is very bright and spacious, with a carefully designed layout that provides comfort and functionality. The terrace is ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening gatherings, and the surroundings are calm and pleasant.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Kotor and Perast are only 10 minutes away by car. Boka Heights is a well maintained complex. The residence is ideal for a family holiday or couples retreat.
