Nara Cycling along River into DeerPark
It's beautiful and fresh cycling along the river, which no tourists visit. We also go through local Japanese neighborhood districts, which are beautiful, cozy, and quiet. Especially hidden gems in Nara, cycling along the Saho river, which only local people visit :) With fewer tourists, no cars, and no stress, you'll feel relaxed from a busy Osaka/Kyoto stay. In Nara Park, beside the crowded and busy Todaiji-big Buddha (600 yen entrance fee), a few people visit Nigatsudo Hall on the hill. This is because the view from the Nigatsu-do hall is breathtakingly beautiful. But you've got to ride your bicycle up there, so it's a little bit of exercise. While we cycle around Nara Park, we will see many deer. There are 1,200 deer in the park. And I'll take some lovely group photos of you while cycling. I'm an excellent selfie photographer! It's downhill from Nigatsudo Hall to the station, but it's easy to return! If it rains hard, we'll get our raincoats and walk around the park. (We ride buses between the station and the park.) There is a sake brewery in town, and we can try Sake tasting if you want. (500yen Extra charge) Other things to note Please make sure that you can ride bicycles very well. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for cycling. Please bring your cap or hat to prevent health problems caused by heat strokes.
Treasue Hunting, Flea market in Osaka & Kyoto
Visit antique flea markets in Osaka and Kyoto. Have you ever had the most trouble visiting a Japanese flea market with only foreigners? Communication! Most shopkeepers do not understand English. Also, some shopkeepers will overcharge foreigners, or some refuse to sell (especially it occurs at antique flea markets). With a Japanese guide, you can avoid these troubles. At the antique market, you can find Japanese swords (with registration certificates), old coins as well as Chinese and Korean antiques. In Japan, the flea market is held on a fixed date and we can’t choose the date freely. But anyway...It's fun to find your own favorite items from a pile of junk. Buy at an affordable price by negotiating the price. I will help you for that. ■Antique flea market info (A rain-or-shine event). 大阪秘境和熱點
We'll introduce you to both the highlights and secret spots of Osaka, paired with stories about each and every one of them. Get tons of recommendations of my favourite places to eat, and what else to see, so get ready to dive deep into Osaka-ben culture! You will also get an insightful understanding of everyday Japanese customs, including topics that local guides may not be comfortable letting visitors know about, so please ask me any questions! Slip through the non-touristy bar zones of Osaka, and even get a glimpse of a Yakuza clubhouse. We'll contrast that by ducking into quiet cobblestoned back alleys to uncover a mystic temple and its centuries-old history. Be prepared for a sensory overload as we navigate wacky larger-than-life billboards highlighting modern Japanese culture. You'll get to hear plenty of interesting stories about Osaka along the way & get some fantastic photo opportunities. On night tours, you'll be dazzled by the retrograde neon all over the city and the exciting nightlife that Osaka is so famous for. This tour is known for exposing the contrasting faces of Osaka! NOTES: The tour runs between 2.5 hours to 3 hours. Wear comfortable shoes, be prepared for the weather, and bring a device to take photos if you so desire!
Paddle through city to explore shogun's osaka castle
Let’s enjoy Osaka while paddling the waterway in a kayak. You'll discover new attractive viewpoints of the city that you've never seen before from land. You'll also enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Osaka Castle at sunset sometimes if you choose the later time activity and if the weather is good enough. During cherry blossom season, you'll be able to enjoy the cherry blossom scenery from both banks. We meet at the east exit of sakuranomiya station. Then it takes around 5mins to a soft sand beach . After a short explanation of the kayak basics and the boat traffic rules of the city river, we'll start our trip from the beach that is easy enough to splashdown, even if it's your first time. I've been kayaking for a long time and think that the best part is the freedom. There are no tracks or traffic signals in the river. Like your own life, you control the kayak by yourself. You paddle with only your own power and feel a great sense of accomplishment when you arrive at your destination. I guarantee this will be an amazing, unforgettable experience, and I think you will fall love, both with kayaking and Osaka. Other things to note In winter, please wear warm. In summer, long sleeves and sunglasses are better. It depends on the persons, we have totally almost over 2 hrs on the river with the exception of the preparation.

Explore rural hidden Osaka by bike
Before you come here, please tell me about your height. I'll prepare a bicycle that is perfect for you. On that day, after we meet at Kashiwara station, we'll go to my guest house to talk about history and geography of Kawachi area that I guide you. After that, let's cycle together. If you are not used to cycling, I'll tell you how to ride gently. Kawachi area is about 30 minutes away by train from the center of Osaka, but it's scenery is completely different from the center of Osaka. There is a cycle track along the river. When you cycle on it, You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of each season. And there are vineyards, wineries, traditional wooden houses, ancient tombs and hidden historical sites that are full of curiosity in the area. It must be a special experience that you can only do here. After cycling, you can take a shower in my place. So there is no problem even if you sweat a lot. If you have any requests, like whether you want to cycle a long distance or not, I'll arrange the route for you. And I will ask you your interests so I will take you the best places suitable for you. Other things to note Please come here with suitable clothes for cycling and take care about heatstroke in summer.
