The large windows located at the Southwest side give way to a bright and possibly sunny apartment. Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay as a family or a group of friends, with everything within reach, this house is perfect!

Great chalet to relax with the family, with many play options for kids of any age. The area is very green with lots of outdoor space around the house. Open up the patio doors, take a nap in the hammock or BBQ next to the terras. Within walking distance you find a historic harbour town, with a supermarket, cafes and restaurants. De studio heeft een heerlijk balkon, waar u  kunt genieten van de zonsondergang. De  badkamer is voorzien van een douche, wastafel en toilet. De luxe keuken is uitgerust met een afwasmachine, combi magnetron, koelkast, koffiemachine (Senseo) en waterkoker.

Wij verhuren op ons landelijk gelegen perceel van ca. 1,5 ha groot, 4 geschakelde 4 pers. vakantiewoningen. Deze zijn volledig ingericht voor een aangenaam verblijf. Op het grote perceel bevinden zich genoeg plekjes om heerlijk te genieten van de rust, zon (of schaduw) en natuur. De jeu de boules baan of tafeltennis nodigen uit om te spelen.
