Sustead is a small village located within 5 miles of the popular coastal town of Cromer, and within 10 miles of the historic market towns of Holt & Aylsham. The Cartlodge has been designed and decorated to a high standard to provide a sumptuous stylish, bright & cosy place to stay. The Clockhouse

The Clockhouse, built in 1904, is a beautifully situated cosy retreat in the lovely village of Overstrand. The village boasts a good pub, a thriving Arts Centre and hundreds of yards of golden sand which is one of the best beaches in East Anglia. The cottage is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. The cheap nightly price is because we have not finished rendering the outside of the cottage and we do not have a washing machine yet. Only 500 yards to the beach! Towels & Linen Inc

Our modern annexe provides a wonderful seaside base with free parking, which is a 2-minute walk to the cliff top, beach and 5 minutes to the town centre. The detached annexe offers stylish, comfortable calming accommodation in an idyllic peaceful and relaxing setting, excellent for couples. Situated next to the hosts family home, the annexe has been designed to offer a spacious living area with modern amenities and vaulted ceiling to provide a light and airy space. Anniversary Cottage- Country feel, close to Cromer

Anniversary Cottage is situated in the picturesque country village of Northrepps. It is surrounded by glorious fields and woodland, the epitome of a traditional country getaway. The house is just a minutes walk from the charming local pub. Northrepps is perfectly situated for both glorious walks on Overstrand beach and exploring the nearby seaside town of Cromer. The house has recently had a beautiful modern makeover, it is the perfect place to leave your worries behind and completely unwind.

The Good Shepherd Hut near beach and country walks

The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn with a fire pit. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.

Garden Cottage sleeps two people, and has been lovingly renovated and finished into a self contained, private and beautifully presented private cottage nestled in the garden of Emily and Aaron’s home. Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

A charming and spacious two-bedroom Victorian terraced house in Cromer. The king-size and twin beds are solid oak and we offer a sofa-bed, 2 single airbeds, a travel cot and highchair. Each floor has a bathroom, including a bath and ground floor walk in shower. Our fully equipped kitchen includes range cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a smart TV, WiFi and Netflix, a separate dining room, pretty garden room and private garden with tiled area and outdoor furniture.

Enter this small apartment within a victorian building, typical of Cromer, via stone steps into a shared lobby. With high ceilings and characterful finishes throughout, you are just couple of minutes walk from the fisherman's slip where the famous Cromer crabs are landed when in season. There are many things to do and see - beaches, country homes, parks and forests, the Norfolk Boards or just watching the wildlife that lives around the barn such as our barn owl who lives onsite, the sheep, horses and goats in the surrounding fields or the butterflies and bees in our meadow.
