You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! I am located right next to the naval base and I am 40 minutes from LA and 30 minutes from Santa Barbara! I am also right next to the PCH which will take you to Malibu and Santa Monica!
