The suite boasts a vintage style tub, record player, faux fireplace, Keurig, microwave, mini-fridge, 55 inch smart t.v, table/chairs, antique tea table.

A half hour from Santa Monica, sits a painter's paradise, complete with inspiration. Recharge right from the property on hundreds of miles of hiking trails that course the Santa Monica Mountains. Wildlife abounds with daily sighting of Bobcats and Foxes. Watch the Red Tail Hawk's aerobatic dance all day. Listen to the calls of Owls and Coyotes all night!

We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). Welcome to my bungalow! I spent a lot of time working on this place so I hope you guys LOVE it :) Close to Hueneme pier and Oxnard shores, many restaurants nearby! I am located right next to the naval base and I am 40 minutes from LA and 30 minutes from Santa Barbara! I am also right next to the PCH which will take you to Malibu and Santa Monica! Dont forget to go shopping at the Camarillo Outlets! Parking available in my driveway if you have a big vehicle.

Private 1 bdrm with Qn bed. Separate entrance, Kitchenette (no stove) patio with table & umbrella. Futon that can sleep 2 kids or 1 adults snuggly, (Please Let Me Know if you want the futon made into a bed it needs extra padding to sleep on) TV & internet. Hiking, Biking, 10 minutes to the beach and downtown Ventura. Pets are welcome. Please note that this space shares a wall with the main house.
